GP&E Update & Communications Plan:

TL;DR

YOU’RE ALL AWESOME.

THERE WILL BE WEATHER TODAY.

ASSUME ALL OPERATIONS ARE PROCEEDING AS NORMAL.

Please assume all shifts are on – come to the Black Hole for Transpo at the normal times. If we are delaying or cancelling a shift, we will communicate any pertinent information using the following methods:

• Email List
• GoBox
• Black Hole Social House (under the bar shade)
• GP&E Website – gpe.burningman.org
• Messaging on GPE Support channel (if you have a radio, or camp with someone who does)
• 95.1 FM GARS (Gate Advisory Radio Station)
• Any Black Rock Ranger (they will only have communications about GPE if Weather Events occur and change normal operations)

We will issue updates as they become available – please check these resources regularly for the most current information and instructions.
